ans.13 the maternity benefit amendment bill 2016 provides the extension of maternity benefit from 12 weeks to26 weeeksof which not more than 8 weeks can preceed the date of expected delivery, option to work from home ,creche facility and 12 week leave for comminsiong mother. It will surely helpful for working women to handle properly thier work and home as well. this bill also have some critic-1)nothing to dismantle the male breadwinner, descrimiate against alternative parenting model.2)silent on paternity .3)reinforce gender biased rule within the family.4)render the equal pay for equal work.5)ignores sect 57 (3)of JJ act which enables a single person to adopt.6)Descriminates against father and transgender. WAY AHEAD-extend maternity benefit equally to every women who parent a chlid&introduce parentl leave as well.there would be no descimination. conclusively we can say that raising a child is a social function and the responsibilty is commonly owed by all parents .
please includes crops grown or animal found in each site
at the end of the video please give some mcq question, related with that topic that will be really helpful for students.
