no-confidence motion is concerned it is not mentioned anywhere in the Constitution but rather under Lok Sabha rules - Rule 198 . Any member can ask for the leave (meaning permission) of the House for consideration of the motion. If 50 or more members support, leave of the House is granted. Then date and time of the motion is decided by the Speaker when the motion is discussed and voted upon. If the motion is passed the Council of Ministers must resign. and article 75 states that council of Ministers shall be collectively responsible to lok sabha both options are correct because it is only for lok sabha. b) anti deflection law comes under schedule 10 which was made by ammendment 52th in 1985 states that if any mp/mla/mlc go against their party and whip can issue a notice against all those then according to this law they would be disqualified
