1. I don't think we can apply China's 1 lakh cars/year policy in India unless we have an efficient Public Transport. 2. Education- Concurrent List 3. The videos & explanation becomes very flat sometimes and the interest is lost, it would be great if you can make it a little fun and interesting so that the continuity is not lost (for reference- the India- China news was monotonous) 4. Heights of Intelligence (Sarcasm), liked it B) 5. I didn't want to say this but the analysis is becoming too much time taking day by day, 40 minutes. I will suggest not to drag the news. Explain in crisp points.

hi jatin sir I have a doubt private companies kyun charges badahane ki baat krenge If we increase ONGC because ONGC toh Govt. se related hai toh private companies se kya comparison...?

ONGC is a PSU so there will be no harm to govt. if govt. accept high charges because directly or indirectly the same money will return back to govt. account.... but.... the private players.... like reliance or any other private foreign company.... they will insist govt. to rise charges for them also.......as they can ask to govt. that if you can pay high charges to ONGC than why not to us.... and the matter here is that we import Gases from foreign countries like Russia and USA now at cheaper price as compare to Indian companies because they find that fuel at much shallower depth... which costs them very less as compare to Indian company...... so for the same gas we have to pay high charges if we do so.....

Sir, in many debates it is reffered that article 19 is compromised as there should be right to choose. But we can't find such mention in the bare act. The sipulated freedoms are distinct and do not contain such choice.

it is so interpreted by supreme court. So even as you may not find it in basic text, the relevant article has that. freedoms given under article means choices
