What is the difference between international order and world order in international relations?
Aaditya Mishra
Nothing per se. But the terms came into existence at different times. Earlier world order was usually used to represent the relationship between different nation states. Now we don't just have nation as actors, we have NGO, UN, Intl organs etc so Intl Relations is predominantly used. For UPSC take them as synonymous.

Okay. Thank you.
Jay -the early you start the better your chances are. Moreover if you will start from now, you will have ample amt of time for revision. Also topics from 1.5 yrs are still coming in mains, so anything that happens arnd in 2015-16 and in future is very imp. Also why take chances. "It is better to be prepared and not have an opportunity than to get one and not be prepared."
