The Joint Entrance Examination or JEE is held every year for admission into engineering programs. To pass the test, students must read NCERT as well as thoroughly understand all of the subjects covered in it. Annually, the key topics covered in the examinations include Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
The National Testing Agency conducted the JEE Main test on March 16th. The students who appeared in the exam held in the first shift found the paper to be of moderate difficulty. A total of 90 questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics were included in the examination where the students had to answer 5 out of 10 questions from numerical response question types in each subject. Furthermore, applicants should be aware that there was no negative marking for numerical response question types under the revised standards.
