The information for the e-admit card of the JEE Main examination is mentioned below. Candidates can read the instructions given below to receive their admit cards. It is as follows:
- NTA will issue e-admit card to candidates provisionally, in case they meet the eligibility requirement and make the application fee payment
- The applicant must download the admit card from the website. The admit card will have the date and time of the examination on it
- Candidates have to appear at the examination center only on the date and shift of exam mentioned on the admit card
- Candidates who are unable to download the admit card can reach the helpline number of NTA between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Applicants should read the instructions on the admit card and strictly follow them during the examination
- If there’s any mismatch in the particulars such as signature or photograph of the candidate, the candidate should call the NTA helpline number. They can appear for the exam with the downloaded admit card and NTA will make all the changes in the records later
- NTA will announce the timing to download the admit card on the main website
Note:
- NTA will not send admit cards by post
- NTA will not issue duplicate admit card at the exam center
- Applicants should not make any changes in the admit card
- Applicants should keep their admit card safely for future reference
- In case the application form is incomplete or the applicant doesn’t meet the eligibility criteria, admit card will not be issued
- Admit card issuance doesn’t mean acceptance of eligibility. It is only for use at different stages in the admission process
