Lakhs of engineering and architecture aspirants appear for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) every year. The examination is conducted for admission into various IITs, State government colleges and other reputable institutions of the country. The JEE is governed by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
The Joint Entrance Examination has two stages – Main and Advanced. The JEE Main is a kind of preliminary exam that gets you admission into NITs, IIITs, and other stage government colleges. The NTA releases a cut off list for Advanced, and students who score minimum marks as per the cut off appear in the JEE Advanced that can get them admissions into prestigious IITs.
To prepare for the JEE, students must be thorough with all the concepts covered in the syllabus of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in Class 11 and Class 12. While NCERT and reference books are always of great help, students should also solve previous years’ question papers to prepare better for the exam. It will give them the confidence to appear in the exam and an understanding of how to attempt the questions.
You can download the JEE Main 2020 September 02 second shift paper on Unacademy. The question paper was moderately easy, but Physics and Mathematics were two challenging sections.
