JEE Main 2021 August 26 Second Shift was conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and it was conducted in two shifts. The timing of the second shift of the examination was from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM on August 26, 2021. This examination took place across 334 examination centers in India as well as in foreign states. The examination difficulty was moderate as per the applicants or candidates who had appeared in the exam. The examination involved three subjects, Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics.
The question paper involved 30 questions from each subject and was moderately difficult. When talking about the subject-wise analysis, the mathematical section of the paper was moderate in difficulty and was a bit lengthy. The physics part of the question was also moderately difficult, and involved questions from Gravitation and semiconductor.
The chemistry part of the question paper was the easiest among the three and was purely based on the NCERT book. Most of the questions here were from bimolecular polymers. The total 30 questions from each subject involved 20 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and the rest 10 were integer type questions in which only 5 had to be attempted. The interested candidates should start practicing the previous year’s questions.
