Multi Pronged action to improve agriculture stimulate..I think rather than any pan India basis strategy it is better to take multi dimensional action as per regional basis.India like diversified country is facing varied problem as per regional basis. Thus Agriculture is State subject., 1.To set any institutional Mechanism to identify problem of that region as regional basis which will be connected to national end. 2.Connect experience of farmer to modern technology. 3.In India lots of agricultural land wasted to demake agricultural land divider.that should be checked. 4.Recently happened unpredictable climate also big issue. So weather monitoring forecast should be strong and be more accurate. 5.An educate farmer"s son never pay much interest to farming and this social hypocrisy should be eliminated. 6.In southern India water is a big issue,So more focus on that in southern portion. 6.Not only based on food grains, there should be more emphasis Horticulture is small region.(Like in my district MALDA,WEST BENGAL famous for mango, but there is lots of problem that hindering this to promote this horticulture like the using over persisted and harmful chemical, lack of food processing industry) 7.Doubling of Farming income possible when we connect most of crops to industry. 8.MOST IMPORTANT POINT- "Awareness' Government brings lost of scheme/reforms related to Agriculture (APMC act,E-NaM,PMFBY,PMKSY,etc) but unfortunately the farmer living in remote area never could know about these.I thing these type of news proliferation most necessary among them [Right to Know-Article 19(1)(A)] 9.There should be a mechanism to identified farmer income/amount of land/type of farmers to separate needy farmer at the time of compensate type programmer like Crop Loan Weaver. Thank you.
multi pronged strategy to make agriculture viable and profitable: 1. Promotion of crop diversification. 2. Regional development of HYV seeds banks. 3. Promotion of zero tillage natural farming practices. 4.Mixed farming. 5. Involvement of farmer's representatives and organizations; scientific institutions and agricultural scientists in framing agricultural policies. 6. Consolidation of land holdings for farming. 7. Irrigation: harvesting of rain water; promotion of micro irrigation practices; diversion of rain water from flood prone areas to water deficient areas through application of scientific techniques. 8. Collaboration between commercial industries like TOPS(tomato ketchup) and farmers for assured remuneration to farmers.
Multi pronged strategy to make agriculture viable and profitable: 1.Better implementation of AMPCs and e-NAM. 2.TECHNOLOGY penetration should be increased. 3.Disguised employment should be removed from agriculture so that real productivity can a obtained. 4.Major steps must be taken to motivate farmers towards cooperative farming ,so that finanical burden can be reduced. 5.Farm loan waiver is not a right steps to uplift the condition of farmer ,but it can be used as a catalyst for short term gain, but for that national policy on farm loan waiver must be farmed ,so make it is free from politics.
As per my idea. The Government must make a body which employes new dynamic personnel who have good knowledge about agriculture. the personnel is about to give a selected area. who can make constant communication with the farmers and continuously provide knowledge about the agricultural process? He or she can guide the farmers about the weather condition, best ways of sawing, best time for plantation to be done, how to use the water, best product for them to grow, best possible supply chain, best ways of transportation, he or she can keep a track about the market condition, etc. In this way slowly and gradually India farmers and Indian economy will revive in coming days. Thank You
