facts of reservation with respect to promotion it is to state that the vigilance status of the reserved category staffs in all most all department is pending due to which we observe a vast number of reserved seats vacant in almost all departments. whenever such cases occurs government goes for special recruitment drives to fill those posts. my question is why such conditions have occurred why does the government take steps to organize refreshment coarse of the reserved category people so that they can keep up themselves to the required standards. it is a general opinion of mine.
