If we can apply Demonetisation within 4 hours then why is there not a political will to completely leap to EV in our country? We have humans which can be employed for infrastructure related to charging. We can build our capacity for electricity generation. But if we first go to HEV then we have to switch from diesel to HEV which has it's own cost which will be paid by the nation and then to EVs again cost. In this amount of money can't we develop infrastructure related to charging and improving roads? Moreover, in case of HEVs we will still be importing crude oil which again burdens the FOREX reserves and also results in burning Non-renewable resources and also polluting the environment for longer periods, we must learn from other western countries in this matter. If we can do it by 2030 then we have the capacity to do it in 2022-2025 also, why are we delaying that if there exists technology in the markets.
Andhra begging Centre, Bihar begging the centre, Uttarakhand begging the centre. Don't these states have humans living in them? Are all beggars? poora ka poora state bheekh maang raha hai, bheekh maangne se bheekh hi milega. Taxation samajh nhi aa rha tha? Centre ko power hi kyu di GST ke liye, jab ab bheekh maangni pad rhi hai? Bhikhaari states.
Why is Bihar waiting for 18 years, whatever the produce of Bihar they should increase the selling price and retain the human capital in its state and work out the plan for entrepreneurship and try to improve education, Why do the people of Bihar not come to Bihar when they become financially stable just like Indians don't come to India from USA even if Trump is kicking them out, Beggars!!
Who is the Centre to order all states to reduce 3% deficit? and why are the states not working towards prosperity? States implement all the programmes and centre allocate funds, are states beggars? they have human capital.
