Our(human) conscience is at its bottomest level. An animal which is going to be brutally cut doesn't even deserve healthy environment prior to its murder just because it can't complain. Why policy makers don't combine cattle with Rashtriya Gokul Mission, GOBAR DHAN(because manure is lifetime property which is given by cattle), Panchgavya mission (in which we can research about the potential innovations related to manure and urine of these cattle in the field).
Sir , is it possible for any secretary or bureaucrat to go against the will and wish of their department minister and made a different draft from their minister's view and opinion? isn't this rivalry go for any disciplinary action against those bureaucrat. Please answer it on the basis of available rules and fact, not on the basis of prevalent culture, mentality and opinion.

Bro, I think we should go against them, because they will only work for vote bank and on the other hand, we are responsible for the constitutions and welfare of the society, laws can be amended by the time, but we must first empower the society so that they don't elect these scumbags which have nothing to think about this society and just fulfill their self-interest and make money. CORRUPT leaders. Political think tank is reflection of the society, so we must first empower the society, which is still feeling dependent themselves on the government for benefits, subsidies. They must be empowered to such an extent that they don't remain dependent on the govt. or officials and the political leaders can be sued in the court of law for their wrong doings.
