sir m not asking to discuss anything else except study on this pious platform. what I was saying that sir was only emphasising on misuse not on atrocities. this was the my point that sir should be neutral while explaining on this act.

sir, i think putting act in 9th schedule wont help. because according to SC judgement in 2007 no act can escape from JR even if its put in 9th schedule. provided this act was put after 24 april 1973. if SC thinks that atrocities prevention act 1989 is violative of article 14, it can still do JR whether in 9th schedule or not.
