Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT), which XLRI has held for the past 72 years, is one of the largest and most important entrance exams for admission to XLRI Jamshedpur. XAT results are accepted by 160+ B-schools, including XIMB, IMT, IMI, TAPMI, MICA, Great Lakes, and GIM, in addition to XLRI. The XAT 2023 exam will be held on January 8, 2023, as a computer-based examination in a single session lasting 3 hours and 10 minutes. Registration for the XAT begins on August 10 at the official XAT website, xatonline, for a price of Rs. 2000/-.

  Every year in January, XLRI holds the Xavier Aptitude Test. XLRI announces the whole schedule and all important dates in addition to issuing the XAT Notification 2022 and finalizing the test date. Although XLRI will only accept Xavier Aptitude Test marks, the other linked top MBA institutions will also take other test scores. Previously, the XAT exam was paper-based, but since 2018, it has been computer-based. For more than 70 years, XLRI has administered this test on behalf of XAMI.

XAT 2023: Selection Process

The Xavier Aptitude Test 2023 selection procedure at XLRI and other top B-schools will commence based on the XAT 2023 result. The admission policy governs the selection process at XLRI. The other 160 members and affiliate B-schools will choose the candidates based on their XAT test percentile score and final admission round.

Good performance and a good score on the Xavier Aptitude Test are required in the XLRI selection procedure for its highly ranked PGDM program. The first step in participating in the XLRI 2023 Selection procedure is to apply for the XAT test and XLRI Jamshedpur using the same application form. Apart from XLRI Jamshedpur, more than 160 MBA/PGDM institutions will participate in the XAT 2023 selection method for MBA admission 2023, including IMT Ghaziabad, XIM Bhubaneswar, GIM Goa, Great Lakes Chennai, TAPMI Manipal, LIBA Chennai, BIMTECH Greater Noida, FORE New Delhi, and others.
