IIT JAM 2022 Second Admission List Out
IIT JAM Admission List 2022 – The second IIT JAM admission list for 2022 was announced on June 15 by the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Interested individuals may apply on JAM’s official website. IIT JAM will announce its third and fourth admission lists on June 25 and July 6, respectively. By entering their login credentials – enrolment ID/email ID and password – applicants who filled out the admission form can examine the admission list for JAM 2022 on the JOAPS (JAM online application processing system) site.

How to check the IIT JAM 2022 Admission List
To view the IIT JAM 2022 admission list, hopefuls need to follow the instructions outlined below.
Step 1: Go to the JOAPS website.
Step 2: Enter your login credentials, which include your enrolment ID or email address, as well as your password.
Step 3: Enter the result after evaluating the arithmetic equation.
Step 4: Press the ‘Submit’ button. On the screen, you’ll see the admissions list.
IIT JAM Admission List 2022 – Key Points
- The JAM 2022 admission list has been announced based on the preferences entered on the entrance form and the merit list rank.
- Candidates in the EWS or OBC NCL categories must upload a valid certificate in the format specified. If the certificate is not submitted, the candidate will be placed in the general category.
- The JAM 2022 admission list will be released in four waves on June 1, June 16, June 25, and July 6, 2022.
- From April 11 through May 11, 2022, IIT JAM admission forms were available.
- Candidates whose names appear on the IIT JAM admission list 2022 must log in to their accounts and select one of the three alternatives listed below.
- Accept and Freeze – Candidates who choose to accept the admission offer and freeze their seats must pay the appropriate seat booking cost for their category. Payments can be done using a debit card, a credit card, or through net banking.
- Accept with Upgrade – Candidates who accept a seat but want to upgrade to a better seat in the following round should pay the seat booking charge. Candidates will be given a spot in the next round of JAM admissions based on the greater preference provided by the candidates.
- Reject and Quit – If a candidate wishes to cancel their assigned seat, he or she will be charged Rs. 1000 as a Seat Booking Fee, with the remaining payment reimbursed to the candidate’s account. The candidates’ mobile number will be provided an OTP to confirm their seat cancellation decision by verifying the OTP.
6. After the previous admission list, the fourth admission list for IIT JAM 2022 will be announced based on the remaining unfilled seats.
7. Candidates whose names do not appear in the first two JAM admission lists but appear in the third JAM admission list must fill out an acceptance form and pay an advance seat booking fee.
8. After the final admission list is closed on July 11, the admission process for IIT JAM 2022 will be completed.
