A Skills of the Future Workgroup was formed under the auspices of NASSCOM, comprising representatives from the industry, to better grasp the ramifications of technological disruption. A study was done under the direction of BCG to change the shape of future re-skill initiatives that will be able to come to terms with the generation of technological upheaval. The study identified the technologies with the most potential for growth, as well as the employment positions and training necessary for those technologies.
