The Central Board of Secondary Education has already revised the exam pattern for session 2022-23. CBSE Board Exam Pattern for Class 10

CBSE Class 10 Board Exam contains two-term (term I and term II) examinations in total academic session in the session 2021-2022. But in the next session, it is heard that this pattern is going to change again like before. The table given below is provided with the CBSE Class 10th examination pattern which includes the total marks in the exam along with its division of subjects for sessions 2021-2022.

CBSE Board Exam Pattern for Class 12

In the class 12 examination of CBSE Board. There are two terms (a term I and a term II). 50% of the syllabus will be covered in each term. The passing percentage for each subject is 33%. There will be more effort into the internal assessment, practical, and project.

The term one board exam was held in 2021. The term I exam was conducted in the month of November- December within a span of 4-8 weeks. The term I examination is based on the MCQs that included case-based MCQs and assertion-reasoning type MCQs. The exam is for 90 minutes and the students need to mark it on the OMR sheet.

The term II exam for the CBSE board this year is taking place from 26th April 2022. The overall marks in term II for each paper are 50, from which for the practical exam 15 marks are allotted and the written paper carries 35 marks.

CBSE Board Grading System 2022

The Central Board of Secondary Education has revised the grading system. As per new nine point grading system, students need to get qualifying marks in 4 out of 5 subjects to get admission into the upnext classes. According to the CBSE Board Grading System 2022 the five point scale will be used and the students will be awarded as the grade A to E.
