because we have to find phase difference that's why we take -168.4 instead of 168.4
Q10 I think network is star connected but you are saying it is delta connected? its confusing please clear it

No, it's not star connected it's delta connected load....To check whether the load is star connected or delta connected we have to check line voltage, line current, phase voltage and phase current....in this question you can check here phase voltage and line voltage are same...that happens in case of delta connection. in star connection line voltage and phase voltage are not same.

Q10 if we see voltage across B phase is sum of voltage drop across R1 and X2 but in corresponding line voltage Vby voltage is sum of voltage drop across R1 X2 and X1. how can it be same

Why you are thinking like that simply line voltage is given so take it as reference and remaining lines voltags are according to phasor angle. Why you are considering the voltage drop across R1 and X1.I think you should watch it again.
