1. A customer purchases 5 chocolates everyday. So how much chocolate will he purchase in 20 days?

Answer:

If a customer purchases 5 chocolates everyday then in 20 days he will purchase

20 × 5 = 100 chocolates.

2. What is 5× 10 plus 20 ×6 according to the tables?

Answer:

So according to the tables,

5×10 =50 and 20×6 = 120

So on adding both we get

50+120 = 170.

3. What is 21 ×7 minus 17 ×5? Follow the table for the calculation.

Answer:

According to the table,

21 ×7 = 147 and 17 ×5 = 85.

So on subtracting both we get

147-85 = 62.
