Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched Urban Swachh Bharat Mission 2. 0 on October 1st 2021 at 11:00 am. With the Swachh Bharat Mission also launched the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation 2.0. This was a completely impactful decision that was taken by the Indian Prime Minister. After that many of his party team members started their garbage truck revolving in the state particular city 2-3 times a day just for the cleanliness. A complete garbage-free and water-secure is the real goal of these initiatives. Right now Union minister with MoS for Urban Affairs & Housing and also, Ministers for Urban development of Union Territories are involved in taking care of these initiatives.

Short Note on Urban Swachh Bharat Mission 2. 0

Urban Swachh Bharat Mission 2. 0  is to make sure that all the cities are garbage-free and make sure that the water’s grey and black colour which is a radar in water management will be covered in this initiative except for those which come under AMRUT. Complete sanitation of urban areas and the accomplishment of the mission is on the line always in this. The initiative will cover the complete wastage of solid items and will be utilized scientifically so that these wastages won’t harm the city and also the state.  Reduce, recycle and reuse are the main components of it. Almost Rs. 1.41 Lakh crore will be in use for this initiative.

Brief Note about Amrut 2.0

The total outlay for the Amrut 2.0 mission is to accomplish the goal of water supply safety. There are like 5700+ urban bodies which are getting almost 2.700 million tap connections and there are some which are not recorded too. There will be like 500 + AMRUT cities which will be getting complete safety of 2.64 crore amount of sewer connections. With this initiative, it is expected that like 10.6 crore people will get the benefit of it. With Urban Swachh Bharat Mission 2. 0  It was a great initiative by the Indian prime minister and many have praised him for this effort as well. The target is to fight against water which can harm the human body.

When Swachh Bharat launched in 2014 it was a completely different point of view for everyone and also the unique thinking of the people made the mind to take the help of everything possible to fight against the unhygienic things which they have made and now they want to fight against it. Now there are a lot of big plants that are using the city’s waste to produce the power for the state and after Swachh Bharat was launched in 2014 there is a better usage of electricity as well. Now with the help of Urban Swachh Bharat Mission 2. 0 solid wastes are getting processed in scientific ways. Now people are getting water connections and there is hygienic water that they are getting on a daily and regular basis.
