Candidates who want to apply for the NEET (UG) can complete the registration process online mode only. Applicants can submit the application form through the NTA website. Application form in any other mode will not be acceptable. The candidates should follow all the instructions given in the information bulletin and on the NTA website. Those who fail to follow the instructions mentioned in the information bulletin will be disqualified. The candidates should provide their Email ID and Mobile Number for communication with NTA.

Steps to fill out the NEET Registration Form
Step 1: Applicants can apply for the online registration using their own or parents’ Email ID and Mobile Number
Step 2: Candidates should fill out the online application form and note down the system-generated application number
Step 3: Candidates have to upload the scanned images of their latest passport-size photograph

Application fee payment –
Applicants should pay the fee using the SBI/ Canara Bank/ HDFC/ ICICI/ Paytm Payment Gateway through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking/ UPI/ Wallet and must keep proof of the fee payment for future reference
Important Instructions while registration fees payment –
- If the confirmation page is not generated after fee payment, the candidate can approach the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway medium to ensure the successful payment
- If payment is not reflected on the portal even after following the methods mentioned above, candidates should contact the NTA helpline number. If the issue is not resolved then-candidate the may have to pay the fee a second time
- In case a duplicate payment is received from the candidate by NTA, it will be refunded through the same payment mode through which the payment is received
- Candidates should save, download, and print copies of the confirmation page after successful fee payment and keep copies for future reference
- All the steps mentioned above can be done together in one go or at different times
- Candidates should visit the NTA website regularly and check their emails/ SMS for the latest updates
- Under no circumstances will a request to change the Examination Center, Date, or Time listed on the Admit Card be considered
- The online application form will remain incomplete if steps 3 and 4 are not completed
- Candidates should note that under no circumstances a request for a fee refund will be accepted
Instructions for NEET Registration Form Filling
The instructions for filling out the online application form are as follows:
- The application form is divided into two sets or phases. The candidates should fill in the first set of information before the deadline for submitting the online application form.
- Applicants must fill in the second set of information before the results are announced/ the scorecard is downloaded during the period that will be announced separately through the NEET (UG) portal.
- Candidates should fill out each set of information on the application form at the respective time of availability. If a candidate fails to fill out any of the required information, his/her candidature will be cancelled.
- Applicants should download the information bulletin and a replica of the application form before completing the online application form.
- If a candidate submits more than one application, his/her admit card will be revoked, and his/her candidature for this and future examinations will be forfeited.

In case you forget your NEET registration login credentials, then you can follow the below-provided simple steps to retrieve the credentials.
- Open the official website.
- Check the candidate login tab/link.
- Click on the “Forgot Password” button/link.
- Now, a new window opens which will redirect you to the password generation page.
- Reset your password by generating an OTP or by answering the security questions.
- Provide the required details and enter your new NEET password.
