NEET 2018 Question Paper Analysis

The offline NEET 2018 test took place on May 6, 2018. The knowledgeable academic members sat down and reviewed the article. We also discussed the kids’ responses and evaluations with them. The whole 2018 NEET Question paper Analysis is provided here.

Around 13.4 lakh students took the test, up from 11.4 lakh the year before. The majority of states choosing NEET scores over state-level Common Entrance Tests for admittance to the health sciences are responsible for this sharp growth.

Additionally, this resulted in more pupils passing their class 12 examinations and numerous government initiatives and grants. Only 7.5 lakh people registered for the NEET exam in 2017, and 60,000 places in MBBS and BDS programs nationwide were available as a result. In India, this test is regarded as one of the most difficult ones. Its score is a requirement for admission to any government medical facility in the nation.

The paper was a little less challenging this year than it was the year before. The majority of the questions didn’t take long to answer. They discovered parallels between this paper’s mark distribution and that of the 12th Syllabus.

NEET Physics

Out of the three, this was the most challenging part. But this part was a little long. There were 24 questions from the 12th grade curriculum and 21 from the 11th grade curriculum. 34 simple questions, 9 medium-level questions, and 2 challenging questions made up this part. In addition, there were a lot of problems that required computation.

NEET Chemistry

The middle segment of the three was this one. This was a brief part. Twenty questions from the 11th level curriculum and twenty from the 12th standard syllabus were asked. 1 challenging question, 20 ambiguous questions, and 24 simple questions made up this section. Most of the queries were based on straightforward ideas.

NEET Biology

The portion on biology was the simplest of the three. However, it was a long part. 44 of the 11th grade syllabus questions and 46 of the 12th standard syllabus questions were asked. There were 448 simple questions, 33 moderately tough questions, and 9 hard questions in this section. However, there were fewer application-based questions in this area than there was the previous year. The majority of the concepts-based questions were taken straight from NCERT.
