As the name suggests, routine reports are prepared frequently to communicate the information required to complete tasks on a daily basis. 2. Special Reports

3. Formal Reports

  2. Plan before writing: First, collect all required facts and information. After that determine what will be the structure of your report. You can frame the sample of report writing mentioning all points defining the structure of your final report.
  3. Use a proper layout: Your report should look more presentable and readable. For this, it is essential to use a proper layout.
