The Science Behind Meditation
Nice. But it is very difficult to concentrate, as you sit you will find there are lots of work to do, past memories, future plans etc. While meditation simultaneously we also keep on thinking. Rome can't build in a day. At least daily we should give 10 minutes for meditation. You can do it any where, even I do this in Delhi Metro while travelling. Gradually you will find changes and will be able to concentrate more. I must believe that your life will be changed by doing this.
