These great leaders made there habit to 3-4 hours and now they are habitual about this we can also make sleep Time according to us but it takes Time to become habit one of my sir told us that he sleep only for 6 hours and it is sufficient for us.

you can reduce your sleep by yoga.. i myself sleep 5 hrs in a day&stay energetic. i maintain it by yoga&good dytes.

Our science is to say ,sleep 6hours is enough for health
Sleep balances our hormones. specially the adults must sleep as you have said. thank you
sleep at only one time is necessary(i.e.in one go ) for 8 hours ?
But few leaders follow polyphasic sleep for more productivity. They will only sleep for some 3-4 hrs a day!

That is the fake information only... just try it yourself , if u can not then they also had not done this. Believe in that,i am a psychology+management+maths(hons) student.
I work in shifts that changes on a weekly basis. For the 1st week I am working in the morning shift 6am-2pm, in 2nd it's 2pm-10pm and in 3rd it's 10pm-6am. Because of this my eating schedules, sleeping and waking up schedule gets disturbed after every 7 days, and the worst part is I can't do anything about it.
