Nice. But it is very difficult to concentrate, as you sit you will find there are lots of work to do, past memories, future plans etc. While meditation simultaneously we also keep on thinking. Rome can't build in a day. At least daily we should give 10 minutes for meditation. You can do it any where, even I do this in Delhi Metro while travelling. Gradually you will find changes and will be able to concentrate more. I must believe that your life will be changed by doing this.
The tragedy is, we didn't even reckon its power until Western world started meditating. Thanks to Modi ji for knowing the value of our divine practice, the Yoga sadhana and making World know that it is originated in India.

Many people have internationally popularized Yoga like B.K.S. Iyengar
Mediation can do wonders. If we see at some things (or miracles ) done by Swami Vivekananda, it is the meditation which has helped him achieve these things, for example, reading Britannica volume 4 in 2 hours and still remembering everything he read.
