Not for vegans
It's not call vegetarianism. It's veganism. I've been vegan now for like a very long period. I don't consume any animal products. From mil to honey, from leather to fur. It's healthy for me. I've dropped a significant fat percentage. It's cruelty free, which satisfies my soul. It's ethical, which goes with my principles. It's good for planet as in comparison to meat, Vegan diet has lesser carbon footprint. ♥

Vegetarian - dairy products =vegan.
There was time when we could digest grass and leaves and we also started eating raw meat and then cooked meat. we started changing our food habits and literally evolved from it and we no more able to digest grass and leaves and our appendix has gone reduimentaty. similarly we stopped eating raw meat coz it causes lots of disease. but for sustainable development and ease of food availability ppl are shifting towards vegetarian food because you can feed many families with just one acre of land but if you rear a cattle on same 1 acre you can't feed more than 1 family for few days. Food is personal choice ppl themselves should look at feasible option.
