if coca cola is promoting exercise, you are promoting the harms of exercing.Superb example ~you will never take stairs in office after workout. What an example!I mean, seriously ,hats off to your logic.hilarious and at the same time misleading

1.According to this exercise list from Harvard Medical School, a general 30-minute strength training session burns an average of 90 calories (180 calories per hour) for a 125-pound person, 112 calories (224 calories per hour) for a 155-pound person and 133 calories (266 calories per hour) for a 185-pound person. 2. If we walk/run for an hour with average speed around 350-600 cal will burn. 3. If we eat 1 piece of gulab jamun. It is 150 cal. And also fast foods contains 150- 300 cal so gives intantly energy spike. Here it seems easy to avoid these junk items rather than doing exercises nd relying on junk items. Mam is not misleading about exercises. Its universal fact that exercise is beneficial for health, personality nd eating junk items is unhealthy. Thats it

so I am also not saying to eat junk food.and talking about calories, these numbers don't matter.Calories from protein rich food and same calories from junk food have a lot of difference.why we do have little control over basal metabolism??it is indeed misleading.Dont get bogged down by number of calories burnt, number of calories in this food and that food.yes it is indeed misleading. What needs to be understood is the nutrition in the food items we are eating ,not the number of calories. If you don't want to agree, thanks ,no issues.:)your ma'am might be correct!

I agree with your point that calories should not only the criteria as vegetables and some fruits has low carorie but high in vitamins nd minerals. But calories is total energy we get from food and if we cant burn that calorie it will lead to weight gain. Protein will definitely increase muscle which leads to increase of weight and that is good for health. Now come to the definition of basal metabolic rate(BMR) or Resting Metabolic Rate. It is the rate at which energy is consumed while we are resting or simply doing no external activity. It depends on sex, genes, age, weight , body fat etc. As if we have more fat/weight it tooks extra effort for each organ to do same task. So we have little control over BMR. I am adding one previously asked question in any exam. Basal Metabolic Rate depends most closely on [A]. Lean body mass [B]. Body mass index [C]. Obsesity [D]. Body surface area Lean body mass is the weight of body excluding body fat. So it's good to keep lean body mass same at the same time reducing body fat.

resting metabolism can be increased by doing HIIT,weight training, increasing muscle mass, eating small portions of healthy food with the max intervals of 2 3 hours a day.having a lots of water.I lost 20kgs weight 5 years back ,with the help of all of these and working really really hard like lifting as heavy as 100kgsin squats and I am proud of maintaining my weight till date.i wrote this comment before but seems it has been deleted.i am in mood to brag, but if you keep on writing silly studies and questions I have to do this.So please close this discussion if you don't want to agree that's is again your own choice.eating is your basic fundamental eat what you want to and I really don't care!Ok.but in no way you can justify the facts of video correct. Thanks!have a good time!

yupzzz....chill everyone....everyone has personal perception
Although it may look like that exercise is not burning much calories, it is actually increasing your metabolism rate, which subsequently helps in burning calories in "BASAL" time... In other words, You may not burn enough calories while exercising, but you will definitely burn a lot in your Basal Metabolism after your exercise...
fast oxidiser and slow oxidiser are just the matter of difference in activity level.
actually I accept diet is best for losing weight at the same time exercise also helps in improving the metabolism and also has other health benefits.... so diet along with exercise is the best to keep us healthy in the world of sedentary life style.... I think so even u ll agree with this
