how if I have by mistake filled group A post instead of group B that I want to opt for, then would I must be going to take paper 4 for AAO.? or is there any mean to change the post preference.?
hello miss whoever you are ,please don't insult holy river by your mispronounced voice (GANGĀ is right) As I can analyze from your accent you're an Indian so please don't repeat. You're not supposed to utter the IMPORTANT names in such a wrongful manner.

Relax! Expecting every other Indian to know Hindi thoroughly is disguised racism.

I quite don't understand the purpose of remembering kumbh Mela wrt to stampedes and deaths or in this negative way. It has been declared by UNESCO as intangible cultural heritage site so the event has lots of merit in it. though deaths in stampedes are unfortunate, but if we look at number of tourist+prilgrims those who attended 2013 kumbh Mela was 7,86,65,500 and total deaths in stempede (that too not on kumbh site but at allahabad railway station ) as given in video is 36. so that percentage is 36/7,86,65,500 = 0.0004% . so I see no point as to why remember khumbh Mela in such a negative light.

Even the death of one person is unfortunate and should not happen. However this doesn't mean kumbh mela should be remembered only because of mishaps or "historic" stempede. We should also appreciate the exceptional management of administration and discipline of those 7,86,65,500 people. It would have been appreciated if this video was more balanced on both views.

Feb 10 was the day when this mishap took place. That is why it is being remembered as one of the historic stampede today. One doesn't find any reason to provide a balanced view while providing only facts that took place on this very day. One is remembering only deaths due to stampede and not the Mela per se. Its not Death Vs Mela. No one criticized the Kumbha Mela here and not even the administration for that matter. It is all about the facts presented. One's discretion is respected and is subjective for interpretation.
Useful for DISASTER MANAGEMENT topic !!! however some people are reacting emotionally, but if you are a civils aspirant, keep your emotions aside for a while and think logically and rationally. Who is responsible for the deaths in mass religious gatherings ?... whether its Hindu or Muslim or christian gathering doesn't matter ! (eg. 27 people died in Andhra Pradesh pushkaralu in 2015; on 24 September 2015- crush and stampede at Hajj - 2,000 muslim pilgrims dead.... these are not the 1st and last examples. There are many examples and this kinda mishaps may continue.) Who are responsible for polluting rivers (our life lines) or pilgrim places? Who are responsible for all the water borne diseases? Why people have to throw dead bodies into rivers and pollute the rivers, (what if the dead body contains some infectious diseases?)... SUPERSTITIONS are killing the people... and as a educated officer or as a politician we and the state have to fight against the superstitions, encourage scientific temper (Article 51A). If that's not possible at least STATE should PROVIDE A SAFE PILGRIMAGE. Unfortunately the STATE is giving advertisements in media... "to go to Pushkaralu or Kumbmelas and get rid of you SINS"... Hence the SUPERSTITIONS and the people who encourage superstitions; ultimately the STATE and the ill equipped government machinery is RESPONSIBLE for these MISHAPS.
