Sir, I have a question recently you have discussed that an MP had said parliamentary sitting should to change from Delhi to somewhere else because of pollution and while explaining the news you said that "jaha bhi parliamentary sitting hogi vo city kuch sal me polluted ho jaegi, can you please explain why is it so????
parliamentary sitting ka akela nhi tha thats about NCR so as it is known every capital in world in polluted because of immgration from one place to another

May be its because: Shifting of capital --> Infrastructure (residence for MPs + better connecting facilities)--> factories --> increase in per capita income --> more factories to cater there needs --> more people for job. and this will be cyclic. All these factories will cause pollution + the space needed for infrastructure and factories ---> cutting of forests--> decrease the carbon sink. Hence aggravating the situation.
