No, i don't think so it is applied in any district of any state because President's rule is applied when any state legislature don't work in accordance to the constitution or in other words there is state machinery breakdown, hence applied to whole of the state,, while national emergency can bw applied to whole of the nation or any part of the nation. please, do give the correct answer

No i disagree with your ans. Article 352 can be applied to whole country or a part of it but President's rule is applied to whole of the state not a part of it. Article 365 is an extension to emergency powers of President. The Constitution of India has provided the President of India the power to impose emergency using article 352 and article 365 on two different accounts, if the state does not follow the Indian constitution and if the state does not obey the union Government direction. Article 365 says that where any State has failed to comply with, or to give effect to, any directions given in the exercise of the executive power of the Union under any of the provisions of this Constitution, it shall be lawful for the President to hold that a situation has arisen in which the Government of the State cannot be carried on in accordance with the provisions of this Constitution.

  10. ,Finland assessingbasicincome schemes impact Finland is busy tracking data of 2,000 unemployed people who are paid 560 each a month under a two-year universal basic income experiment. Finland, which has a welfare system that is often cited as the most generous offered by a nation, embarked on the project after a two-year study as globalisation and the changing work environment are posing new challenges. Finland cuts an average 25% of wages as taxes, and the deductions finance the welfare benefits, including pensions and free medical treatment. But when employment contracts become short term and people get more into self-employment, administering the system will be difficult. . In India, while the Economic Survey of 2016-17 recommended universal basic income, Finance Minister recently said the proposal was not politically feasible.
