Narendra Damodardas Modi, the Prime Minister of India, is currently serving as the 14th Prime Minister of the country. The former Chief Minister of Gujarat was first elected as the Prime Minister in 2014. He is a member of the renowned Indian political party- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

On April 3, 2016, Narendra Modi was honored with the highest Civilian Award of Saudi Arabia- The Order of Abdulaziz Al Saud. It is the highest Civilian Award of Saudi Arabia given to non-Muslim dignitaries. At the Royal Court, Modi was presented this award by King Salman bin Abdulaziz. This award is named after the founder of the Modern Saudi state- Abdulaziz Al Saud.
- State Order of Ghazi Amir Amanullah Khan
The year 2016 was quite fortunate for Narendra Modi as after the Order of Abdulaziz Al Saud, he received the State Order of Ghazi Amir Amanullah Khan in the same year. On June 4, 2016, Modi was honored with the highest Civilian honor in Afghanistan. The State Order of Ghazi Amir Amanullah Khan is named after Amanullah Khan (Ghazi), a national hero of Afghanistan. He was a supporter of the freedom of Afghanistan. Narendra Modi is the Eighth recipient of the State Order of Ghazi Amir Amanullah Khan. Before him, this honor was given to the former President of the US- George W. Bush, the present President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, and James Jones, who is NATO General.
- Grand Collar of the State of Palestine
Next in line, while mentioning Narendra Modi Awards is the highest civilian award of Palestine that is awarded to foreign dignitaries- the Grand Collar of the State of Palestine. On February 10, 2018, Narendra Modi became the 4th recipient of this civilian honor. The Grand Collar of the State of Palestine was also received by Saudi Arabia’s King Salman in 2015, Bahrain’s King Hamad in 2017, and China’s President Xi Jinping in 2017.
- Champions of the Earth Award

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation awarded Narendra Modi with the Global goalkeeper award in September 2019. He was honored with this award for his Swachh Bharat Mission.
