- Candidates who advance to the interview stage will be selected based on their performance in the mains examination. The marks secured in both the mains examination and the interview will be taken into account for the final merit list.
- For the selection of Apprentice Development Officers from both LIC Agents and LIC Employee categories, a single objective type online examination will be conducted, which is the Main Examination. This exam will carry a total of 160 marks and will have a time duration of 120 minutes.
LIC ADO Notification 2023: Salary
In terms of salary, the Life Insurance Corporation of India offers an attractive compensation package to individuals appointed as Apprentice Development Officers. During the apprenticeship period, an ADO will receive a monthly stipend of ₹51500 per month, except for candidates falling under the LIC Employee Category. Upon appointment as a Probationary Development Officer, candidates will enjoy a basic pay of ₹ 35650 per month (excluding LIC Employee Category candidates) in the pay scale of 35650-2200(2)-40050-2595(2)-45240-2645(17)-90205. The net salary for an employee in an ‘A’ Class City is estimated to be approximately ₹ 56,000/-.
