Intending such scenarios, the partnership happened in April 2018 through meaningful engagement and robust government-to-government cooperation.

It has been found that the United States of America and the governing head of India have already started a research and development committee under the influence of the US-India Partnership for enhancing the Advanced Clean Energy Research. This specific PACE-R has been promoted in order to promote the practice of major partnership grounds based on the improvement of smart grid and the storage of energy for the betterment of resilience.
