1. Only street vendors who have been recognised by Urban Local Bodies and who have a Certificate of Vending or a ULB-issued Identity card.
2. A Temporary Certification of Vending will be issued to vendors who have been recognised in the research but have not yet received a Certificate or Identity card. Those sellers will receive permanent id cards from the ULBs as soon as possible, as requested by the state.
3. Those vendors who do not have the previous paragraph credentials can apply for a Letter of Recommendation (LoR) from the Urban Local Bodies or Town Vending Committee.
4. Sellers who live and work in the nearby peri-urban or rural places could also apply if they have the same letter of recommendation from ULB or TVC.
5. ULB/TVC Certified suppliers that left the method region due to COVID-19 will be eligible for funding once they return and begin their operations.
ULB Documentation Necessary to Create LoR
