- The law will justify the military transgressions at the line of actual control by the People’s Republic of China in 2020. The main or core aim of the law is to give legal cover to the transgressions by the virtue of the land Border Protection law.
- The law will cause settlement at borders as the infrastructure and other facilities will get better. - The law can also impact the Water coming from Brahmaputra river . The new border protection law says that China will have complete authority over internal rivers.Since the river flows from China and based on the new law which deals with ‘measures to protect the stability of the cross border rivers and lakes ‘. Hence China can limit the flow of rivers to disturb the ecological balance of the country .
- It is also believed that the land Border Protection law is somewhat similar to India’s vibrant villages concept.The law involves construction of model villages with better roads , infrastructure and development which can be used at the time of military standoff and wars.
