Without expectation of compensation or other remuneration, now or in the future, I hereby give my consent to Sorting Hat Technologies Private Limited, its affiliates, Group Companies, subsidiaries, legal Representatives and assigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Unacademy”) to record my participation, inter alia, my interactions, interviews, appearance, felicitation, my name, qualification, credentials, rankings, testimony, photographs, audio and/or video of my participation, as may be applicable, (“Recordings”), for and / or in relation to “Last Mile 2022-UPSC CSE” program conducted by Unacademy(“Program”) and use the Recordings for the purpose of livestreaming, upload, publications, advertising, promotion of Unacademy or its group Companies or their online platforms on their online platforms, including but not limited to www.unacademy.com, YouTube and other social media channels, and other media activities (“Activities”). Further, I in my individual capacity agree and consent to the following. a. I am willing to provide testimonies to Unacademy for these Activities b. I agree to provide my photographs to Unacademy for these Activities. c. I permit Unacademy to record the Program with my participation and perpetually use the Recordings of the Program for the Activities mentioned hereinabove, including livestream on multiple platforms. d. I permit Unacademy to use Recordings, including my name, age, quotes from the interview(s) or excerpts of such quotes, ranks in competitive examination and testimonials related to the same, if any for the Activities. e. I agree that the rights to control the use of these Recordings throughout the world will perpetually remain with Unacademy as its sole property. f. I agree and understand that I will not be compensated in connection with use of these Recordings. g. I affirm that any testimonials provided by me in the Recordings is exclusively provided to Unacademy as a result of using Unacademy’s products and platform and other ancillary services, events etc. conducted by Unacademy. h. I confirm that any information including without limitation testimonials, quotes etc are true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and hereby agree to indemnify and hold Unacademy harmless against any claims that may arise with relation to the same. By submitting this form to Unacademy and clicking "I accept and consent", you agree to the above, as well as the Unacademy Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and, you understand this consent is given freely and voluntarily, and in perpetuity. You hereby waive all your substantial rights for the above usage by Unacademy in its Activities.

By submitting this form, I hereby declare that I have attained the age of majority in my country, and that the information given in this form is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. In case any information given in this form proves to be false or incorrect, I shall be responsible for the consequences. I hereby consent to the Unacademy Terms and Privacy Policy and to receive information from Unacademy and its affiliates, including about its products and services, news and blog articles via email, SMS, phone call and/or such other mode of communication.
