It is based on consultation and discussion. When many heads are involved in one matter, they can dig out all the mistakes that can arise in decision-making. This reduces the chance of rash and irresponsible decisions, which shows that democratic government is a better form of government.

Monarchy

 The term monarchy shows a government that is primarily based on the sovereignty or guidance of a single person. The term refers to states in which the monarch, or sole ruler, is the head of state and is elected through hereditary means. 

Each monarchy is bound by its culture, social, home country’s culture, social norms, and political authority and jurisdiction vary from constitutional monarchy to absolute monarchy. Difference between Monarchy and Democracy

3. The monarch takes the decisions in a monarchy system according to his will and according to his comfort, whereas in a democracy it seems the government takes major decisions, keeping in mind the benefits of the people of his country.
4. In a monarchy system, they do not consider all the citizens equally, which shows discrimination whereas in a democracy all the citizens are equal under the law and they cannot be discriminated against in any circumstances.
5. The monarch many a time victimizes the public under monarchy since no one may question his decision, whereas the rulers do not victimize citizens under democracy, and if it happens, they also take strict action for the betterment of the people.
