The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has published a job advertisement for Assistant Manager – Grade A on nabard.org. Interested and qualified applicants should pertain on or before August 7, 2022.

This recruitment process will fill a total of 170 vacant positions. There are 161 vacancies for the Regional Development Financial Services, 7 for the Rajbhasha Service, and 2 for the Procedure & Security Service.

NABARD Grade A Salary Details

AM RDBS and Rajbhasha – Selected candidates for this Post will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.28150/- p.m. on the scale of Rs.28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)–46600–EB-1750(4)-53600- 2000(1)-55600 applicable to Officers in Grade’ A.

Assistant Manager (P&SS) in Grade ‘A’: Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.28,150/-p.m. on the scale of Rs.28,150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7) – 46600 – EB-1750 (4) – 53600-2000(1) – 55600 applicable to Officers in Grade’ A’.

Eligibility Criteria for NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2022

Educational background:

Assistant Manager, Rural Development Banking Service, Grade A:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from any recognized University with a minimum of 60 % marks (55 % for SC/ST/PWBD candidates) in total revenue or Post – graduation degree with a minimum of 55 % marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants 50 % ) in aggregate from a recognized university or PhD. 
  • Agriculture – A Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture with a minimum of 60 % marks (55 % for SC/ST/PWBD people applying) in composite OR Post-Graduate Diploma in Agriculture
  • Agriculture Engineering – A Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Mechatronics with a minimum of 60% marks (55 % for SC/ST/PWBD applicants) in aggregate OR a Master’s Degree in Agriculture Designing with a minimal level of 55% marks (SC/PWBD candidates can apply – 50%) in accumulation from a recognizable University / Institution.
  • Animal Husbandry – A Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinarian Sciences / Livestock Farming from any recognized Board or university with a minimum of 60 % marks (55 % for SC/ST/ PWBD applicants) in aggregate OR A Professional Degree in Veterinarian Sciences / Animal Farming with a minimum 55 % marks (SC/ST/ PWBD applicants – 50 % ) in aggregate.
  • Fisheries – A Bachelor’s in Fisheries Science from a recognized University/Institution with 60 % (55 % for SC/ST/PWBD applicants) in aggregate OR a Master’s degree in Fisheries Science with 55 %(SC/PWBD applicants 50 %) in aggregate.
  • Forestry – A Bachelor’s degree in Forest Management from a recognized University/Institution with 60 %marks in aggregate (SC/PWBD applicants – 55 %) OR a Post – graduate degree in Forest management with 55 %marks in aggregate (SC/PWBD applicants – 50 %).
  • Plantation/Horticulture – Bachelor’s Degree in Cultivating from any recognized University with a minimal level of 60% (SC/PWBD applicants – 55%) in composite OR Post-Graduate Diploma in Gardening with a minimum of 55% (SC/PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate.
  • Land Development-Soil Science – Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural production / Agriculture (Soil Scientific) with 60% (PWBD 55%) in weighted average OR Professional Degree in Agricultural production / Food production (Soil Scientific research) with a minimum of 55% (PWBD applicants – 50%) in accumulation from a recognized University / Institution.
  • Water Resources – A Bachelor’s degree in Hydrology/Applied Hydrogeology or Geology/Applied Earth science with Hydrology /Irrigation /Water Supply & Hygiene as one of the subjects with 60 %marks (PWBD 55 %) in aggregate OR a Postgraduate degree in Hydrogeology Hydrogeology or Geoscience Geology with Hydrology /Irrigation /Water Supply & Hygiene as one of the subjects with 55 %marks in aggregate (PWBD Applicants 50 %) 
  • Finance – BBA (Financial services) / BMS (Financial services) with 60percentage marks – 55percent ) of the respondents for SC/ST/ PWD OR Two-year full-time P.G. Educational qualification in Management – Financial services / Comprehensive MBA – Financial services degree with 55 %-SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 50 % from Organizations / Universities recognized by GoI /UGC with a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline Candidates must submit a certificate from a recognized institution/university indicating a specialization in finance OR a Bachelor of Financial and Asset Analysis with 60 % marks – SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 55 % OR a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution with membership in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of India (ICAI) OR CFA.
  • Computer and Information Software: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Technology/Computer Process Technology with 60 % marks (55 % for SC/ST/PWD applicants in aggregate) OR a post-graduate bachelor’s in Computer Science/Computer Technology/Computer Software Technology with 55 % marks (SC/PWD applicants 50 %) in aggregate from a recognized university.

Grade ‘A’ Assistant Manager (RAJBHASHA)

The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in English or Hindi intermediate with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects and a P.G. Diploma in Transcription (least one year) in Hindi to English and vice versa from any recognized university. Applicants must have explored Hindi as a primary/elective subject for at least two years during their bachelor’s degree program. Candidates are required to communicate in both English and Hindi.

Grade ‘A’ Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security Service)

The candidate must have a Bachelor’s in any subject from a recognized board or university with a minimum of 60 % marks (55 % for SC/ST/PWBD applicants) in aggregate, OR a Post Graduate Diploma, MBA/PGDM with a minimum of 55 %marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 50 %) in aggregate OR CA/CS/ICWA OR PhD from GOI/UGC recognized institutions.

  • 25 to 40 Years in Grade A, P, and S.S.
