Central Railway Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Details
For the Doctors who meet the eligibility criteria specified below, a walk-in-interview will be held from the Open Market and with a Retired Physician of Railways, State & Central Government, and PSUs for choice to the comments of Specialists at Dr. B.A.M. Healthcare (Zonal Hospital) of Central Railway.

I For Candidates in the Open Market
- a) Specialist (First Year), Specialist (Second Year and Above): Rs. 95,000/- per month, Rs. 1,05,000/- per month
- b) Super Professional: Rs. 1,15,000/month
- ii) Pensioned Doctors of Railways, State & Central Government, and PSUs The remuneration for retired railway/government practitioners engaged as CMPs is as follows, subject to the condition that compensation plus pension does not exceed the last pay drawn:
- a) Specialist (First Year), Specialist (Second Year and Above): Rs. 95,000/- per month, Rs. 1,05,000/- per month
iii) In the case of actual contract doctors, the compensation specified above contains the following amount as HRA. 6838/- for specialists
- Educational and professional credentials: For specialists: The Council Of India recognizes the MBBS degree as a degree in medicine. A postgraduate degree/DNB/DMRD in the pertinent subject/field recognized by the Medical Council of India. Three years of clinical experience following a postgraduate degree in the specialism concerned as of the date of the interview is preferred.
- Doctors working for the State/Central Government/Public Sector Undertakings, etc., may apply with a letter of recommendation from their respective organizations. Doctors should indicate past service rendered, if any, including the life of the agreement put in on all Indian Railways when applying.
Central Railway Recruitment 2022 Age Limit
Open Market Age Limit Not older than 50 years as of January 1, 2022. Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/Ex-servicemen and 3 years for OBC Retired doctors from railways, state, and central governments, and public sector organizations must be under the age of 67 on January 1, 2022.
Selection Process for Central Railway Recruitment 2022
A written examination is the selection procedure. Following the written examination, there is no interview (Viva-Voce). After the written exam, there is a Viva for a few specific (Group A & B) categories, a Skill Test (such as typing or stenography), and an Aptitude Test for classifications related to operational safety, such as Assistant Station Master and Assistant Loco Pilot.
