When we say students are preparing for their upcoming NEET exam, we can divide these students into three groups. These include:

  • The students who have already completed the entire course with everything done.
  • The students have completed the entire course, but the final revision remains.
  • The students are extremely confused about what to do and when to do it as they have failed to complete any schedule.

Note that overlapping is always possible!

For the category one students –

  • Practice complete papers for different exams. Rather than going for a subject-wise paper, choose to sit for a NEET-like examination at home.
  • Make sure you’re doing at least one paper a day.
  • There are more than 60 papers available when you talk about the NEET examination. Hence, you can also go for two papers a day.
  • There are more than 200 tests of NEET that you can sit for.
  • Most importantly, do not panic! Keep yourself calm because you are in a good state.

For the category two students –

  • If you’re in category two, do a thorough revision of every chapter, starting from chemistry, biology and physics.
  • Practice chapter wise questions from the NEET previous years’ question papers.
  • For the final preparation, use this previous years’ question paper for AIIMS.
  • Practice one paper from the NTA Abhyas app from Unacademy every alternate day.
  • If you’re in the second category, you will have to work harder than in the first category.
  • Again most importantly, do not panic! Keep yourself calm because you are in a good state.

For the category three students –

  • At this point, the students in category three are most afraid of the NEET exam.
  • Remember, you are the ones who need to be extremely calm because any kind of tension or stress can hamper your overall NEET preparation.
  • Make sure you work the hardest and the smartest at this point.
  • The next very important step is to follow the NCERT book thoroughly.
  • Read the summary of every chapter once you’re done with it.
  • Make sure you’re practising all objective questions of the exemplar.
  • Practice last year’s question papers of NEET and AIIMS.
  • If possible, practice the previous years’ questions of IIT mains.
  • Go through at least one chapter a day.
  • Complete the entire NEET Chemistry course in only 30 days. Once your course is done, jump onto the schedule suggested for the second category.
  • If you’re in the third category, it is quite obvious that you have the least time and most work to do. Hence, you will have to work harder than students in the other two categories.

If you follow these tips and tricks, the chances are high that you can crack chemistry in 60 days only.

Start with chapter 1 and practice one chapter every day, which means within 50 days, you will be well-prepared with all the chemistry chapters. In the next ten days, make sure you’re doing maximum practise papers, previous year questions, revisions, etc.
