Students who have a keen interest in the field of engineering and wish to choose it as a profession in the future must attempt and score well in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). The JEE Main examination is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and consists of questions from three major subjects: Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics.
Previously, there were two separate tests known as IIT JEE and AIEEE. IIT JEE was used for admission to IITs, whereas AIEEE (All India Engineering Entrance Examination) was used for admission to NITs and other colleges. Both of these tests are now integrated into a single exam known as the JEE. The JEE is further divided into two stages – Main and Advanced.
Students planning to appear in the JEE Main must solve previous years’ question papers to analyse their progress as well as understand the pattern of the exam. Unacademy offers previous years’ question papers along with answer keys on the website.
