RBI Grade B Salary Structure
The selected applicant will receive a beginning base pay of Rs. 55,200/-p.m. in the pay scale of Rs. 55200-2850(9)-80850-EB-2850(2)-86550-3300(4)-99750 (16 years) applicable to officers in RBI Grade B. According to the laws, selected candidates will also be entitled to dearness allowance, family allowance, HRA, and local allowance. The first month’s gross earnings are $1,08,404 (approximately). A 15% house allowance of basic pay will be paid if the bank does not provide housing.
RBI Grade B Officer Salary, Perks, and Benefits
- Dearness Allowance: Dearness Allowance (D.A.), which was previously deducted from basic pay at a rate of 113% and is now deducted at a rate of 125%,
- House Rent Allowance(H.R.A.): Employees posted away from their hometowns are given the House Rent Allowance (H.R.A.). Employees of R.B.I. are also supplied with housing. - Mobile Stipend: Each month, R.B.I. Grade B employees are eligible to get a mobile allowance of INR 1500.
- Briefcase Allowance: Aspirants are entitled to receive a briefcase allowance of up to INR 7000. Once every three years, the money will be repaid.
- Spectacles Allowance: R.B.I. will cover the candidates’ eyewear costs. Therefore, the candidate may claim INR 7000 for themselves or their spouse.
