Grade B (DR)-(General) officers

A minimum of 60% on the Bachelor’s degree, the 12th (or Diploma, or similar), and the 10th Standard exams, or an equal grade, is required (fifty percent in the case of SC/ST/PwBD). The cumulative average for all semesters/years will determine the minimum required percentage or grade for the Bachelor’s degree.

Grade ‘B’ (DR)-DEPR officers

Master’s Degree in Economics / Econometrics / Quantitative Economics / Mathematical Economics / Integrated Economics Course/ Finance, with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters /years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University /Institute; OR PGDM/ MBA Finance with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters /years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University /Institute; OR Master’s Degree in Economics in any of the sub-categories of economics i.e. agricultural/ business/ developmental/ applied, etc., with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters /years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University /Institute.

Officers in Grade ‘ B ’( DR) – DSIM 

Master’s Degree in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Mathematical Economics/ Econometrics/ Statistics & Informatics from IIT- Kharagpur/ Applied Statistics & Informatics from IIT- Bombay with a minimum of 55 marks or original grade( total of all semesters times) OR Master’s Degree in Mathematics with a minimum of 55 marks or an original grade in total of all semesters times and a one- time postgraduate parchment in Statistics or affiliated subjects from a reputed Institute ORM. Stat. Degree of Indian Statistical Institute with a minimum of 55 marks( total of all semesters times) OR Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics( PGDBA) concertedly offered by ISI Kolkata, IIT Kharagpur, and IIM Calcutta with a minimum of 55 marks or original grade in total of all semesters times.

RBI Grade B Age Limit 2023
