The RBI Assistant Notification 2023 contains all of the details regarding pay and perks. The salary range for RBI Assistants is as follows: 20,700-1200 (3) 24,300-1440 (4) 30,060 (1920) (6) 41,580 (2080) (2) 45,740-2370 (3) 52,850-2850-55,700 (20 years). A base pay of 20,700 rupees per month would be paid to the selected candidates. The Assistant’s starting gross monthly salary (without HRA) is estimated to be approximately 47,849 rupees. Candidates get perks such as transportation reimbursements, housing allowances, and city compensatory allowances in addition to their base pay.
