How did the cold war influence the world?

Ans : At the beginning of the cold war, both the USA and USSR invaded different parts of Korea. The Soviet Union backed North Korea to attack South Korea. In retrospect, the US helped South Korea to fight against North Korea. This resulted in the split of Korea. The end of the Cold war and unification of Europe happened one after the other.
