There are large numbers of graduates in the country however; they are not getting the appropriate jobs according to their needs.

• Technological unemployment

The organization is adopting new technologies in the company to improve their productivity and efficiency in their product. Moreover, the addition of the new technology in the company requires improving the skills of the employee, if the employee is not able to improve their skills they have lost their jobs. Therefore, the organization has to provide the proper training to their employees to improve their skills.

• Structural unemployment

Structural unemployment is generated in the organization due to the mismatch of the skills of the employee and the fewer skills employees offer the more economy to the company. The company hires less-skilled employees by taking more money from unskilled employees.

• Underemployment

The labor and the employee are forced to work on the low payment however, their skills are high. Along with this, the person is working in the company however; they are not working with their full capability.

Unemployment means that the person is skilled with the knowledge and ability to get the jobs however unfortunately particular people are not placed. Furthermore, unemployment occurred for both rural and urban reasons.
