The economy that is based on simplicity, non-violence and has cooperation with equity is said to be the Gandhian model of the economy. This model was started under the leadership of the S.N Agawam and the role is to have high productivity of agriculture. The role of the Gandhian economy is to keep the economical balance and to have a self-sufficient economy. The importance of this economy is to solve the problems related to production, distribution, and labour. One of the advantages of using this theory is to treat all the employees or labour equally as per the economical growth.

The economy is needed by all groups of people to understand the world and their working processes. It helps us to understand the world market, business and the government. The term economy is divided into two groups that are macroeconomics and microeconomics. The country having a high economy is the developed economy can easily fulfil all the requirement of their nation however, the country that has poor economy can fulfil. Poor-country with low economies have to face certain issues such as no hospital facility, low education facility, weak defence system etc. the countries that are having strong economies have a strong education system.

Economic planning is the process that is being made by the government for the growth and development of their nation. The role of economic planning is to remove poverty, unemployment, and provide certain facilities. The Gandhian economics process has been based on the simplicity of decentralisation cooperation, self-sufficiency, non violence and human value.
