How to download SSC CHSL Admit Card
- Step 1: Go to the SSC’s official website @ssc.nic.in
- Step 2: On the webpage, click the “ADMIT CARDS” link.
- Step 3: A new page will appear, containing links to regional official websites. Select your region by clicking on the link.
- Step 4: Navigate to the notification that says, Status/Download Admit Card FOR Merged HIGHER SECONDARY (10+2) LEVEL EXAMINATION – 2021. (TIER-I)
- Step 5: To obtain your admit card, enter your Identification Number and your DOB.
- Step 6: When applying for the exam, choose your preferred area.
- Step 7: Print the SSC CHSL Hall Ticket you downloaded and retain a printed copy of the admit card.

Documents required at SSC CHSL Exam Centre
After downloading the admit card, candidates must bring it to the examination centre the day of the written test. Candidates must bring three passport-sized photos and proof of identity, in addition to the admit card. “Candidates are advised to keep adequate copies of the same portrait, which was uploaded in the registration form, with them until the finalisation of the along all process to support easy identification,” according to the official website. The following documents can be brought as photo ID proof:
- Voter identification
- Driving Permit
- Identification cards created by the government or even other office spaces where an applicant may be employed
- Candidates should be aware that witness statements in assistance of date of birth and ration cards in support of identity documents will not be accepted as valid identity proofs by the Commission.
- Given the current COVID-19 global epidemic situation, candidates must also carry a consciousness form prescribed by the Staff Selection Commission. Candidates who sign the form agree that they have not screened positive for COVID-19 and do not exhibit any clinical symptoms.
What to do if you forget SSC CHSL Admit Card login credentials
As you have your roll number, you will receive your CHSL registration password and your registration number.
Simply follow these steps:
1) Go to the SSC website at http://ssc.nic.in.
2) Navigate to the CHSL section and select the Forget Password option.
3) It will request your registration number.
4) Enter your registration number and, if prompted, your birth date, then tap Forget Password.
5) It will then send your password to your enrolled phone number and email address.
6) After receiving/resetting your password, you can photocopy your admit card, including your CHSL roll number.
