About
- IICA is a world-class institution for central civil service training in India
- It was established in 2008 at Manesar in Haryana
- The institute works under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs
- It is the only institution in India that has been authorised by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India to operate its flagship Graduate Insolvency Program
- IICA is headed by the Director-General
- Objective: to function as a think-tank for the Government for holistic advice on all issues relating to corporate affairs and impacting corporate functioning
- IICA also houses the training academy of the top cadre of the Indian Corporate Law Service
